About Us

Our team has deep experience in the development and philanthropy sectors, working with organizations both big and small to identify priorities, create strategic plans, and galvanize stakeholders to successfully operationalize a shared vision. Together, we have more than thirty years of experience in global health and development; much of it spent designing, managing, and evaluating health, economic development, and environmental programs in sub-Saharan Africa and India.

Our combined experience and networks across implementing organizations, public and private donors, and global health policy institutions give our work depth, make our processes more efficient, and ultimately lead to stronger impact outcomes for our clients.

As individuals and a team, we have worked on health systems strengthening policy, research, and implementation projects across a variety of disease-specific programs, including HIV and malaria. Our work has taken us to nearly twenty low - and middle -income countries, working with the public and private sector to design and resource innovative programs that lead to measurable and sustainable changes. We have worked with leadership teams and boards of directors to build organizational strategic and operational plans, ensuring these are tied to relative resource allocations, targeted fundraising strategies, and results measurement frameworks to drive impact. Our technical experience includes designing and managing the implementation of large-scale health programs— including health worker scale-up programs and the roll-out of new national health policies—across multiple contexts.

We know the advocacy landscape well; together with partners such as the Clinton Global Initiative, TED, and Google, we have designed content and campaigns to raise awareness on health inequities, ensuring the resource base exists to achieve sustainable change. Working in complex organizations and developing countries has constantly challenged us to approach work with both urgency and patience, validated that compassion and a sense of humor are essential in all circumstances, and refined our ability to manage scarce resources and competing priorities.

We are highly collaborative and open to designing flexible engagements to meet partners’ needs with the available resources. We regularly collaborate with a network of trusted partners—including data scientists, food and agriculture experts, and economists—to build teams with the right mix of experience and skills required to deliver our best work.
